JB & Angela's New Home

I am posting several posts today, if you scroll down, there are more pictures of the kid's house, and after that, there are some pictures of Abigail.

The outside of the the new house. The address is 1065 S. Ames, Lakewood, CO
The house has been completely remodeled; painted inside, all new cupboards, flooring, etc. It has steel siding, so no upkeep, it also has a sprinkling system. It has an attic swamp cooler, keeps the house pretty cool. There are 4 bedrooms, although the bedroom that is Abby's is real small. The master bedroom has it's own bath with a jacuzzi tub that fits two. (Angela found out you don't use much bubble bath!!) Plus the girls have a bathroom with tub and shower as well as double sinks. The backyard is small and has a little deck out the back door, there is a huge side yard and they want to fence it for the girls to play in. The garage side of the house is all cement, so you have additional parking off the street.


The garage - lots of shelves and storage. There is also an attic above the whole house for storage.















Abigail's room which is a bit small, but it does the trick.

More of JB & Angela's New home

The Guest Room/Game room. All the bedrooms have new carpet. I told JB I would let him know how to decorate it, that way I cam move in with them to take care of my grandaughters.














Kitchen/Dining room - it has terrazo tile on the floor, granite counters, all new cupboards & new appliances.














Amber posing by the curtains, Granny made her. Her room is lilac, her curtains have a big sun, with smiley faced daisies, butterflies & dragonflies on them. Angela and I made matching pillow cases and Granny has a surprise in the works for Christmas using some of the same fabric.














Looking into the mud room, laundry area. It has terrazo flooring, and a half bath, also doors going out to the garage and back yard.


Living room - it has hardwood floor & fireplace with plenty of room to sprawl out.

Abigail in July

Abigail is always happy, she loves to chew on her toes. She is cutting teeth, so she won't do that for long.
