First fishing trip with Bruce

Bruce and I went fishing at Lake Granby in Colorado on the 28th of April We saw lots of Rocky Mountain Sheep along with elk, deer and even a turkey on the way to the lake.
We sat in snow and mud, but we had a good day. We caught about 25 fish, kept 4 nice ones. It may be the last time he takes me as I caught the first fish, the biggest fish, and the most. I'm not sure he thought I knew how to fish, but he soon learned I do.

I had Abby and Ali for the weekend so I decided to have Will and Echo (Nels grandkids) over for the evening. We had a great time coloring eggs and fixing dinner. I though what a great idea it would be to take a few pictures of all 4 of them. HaHa. Try getting 4 kids to look at you and smile all at the same time!!

Was in Denver to see Bruce so we met with the kids to have breakfast on Sunday the 15th of March. The girls grow and change so much everytime I see them.

North Carolina

In February I took a trip to Greenville, NC to see Pat & Nancy Pellicane. Had a great time, Pat was gone most of the week so Nancy and I wandered to the beach one day and some little towns around Greenville. We ate at the restaurant named Sanitary. It was really good. Had fish I never heard of before. I had a really relaxing week.

We spent the afternoon in this little town. The buildings were very unique, complete with mermaid weather vanes.

They also have these decorated crabs all over town.
